How to change from the Launch Plan

As a Launch Plan user, your Recruitee has just gotten much better!

Three new plans to choose from, with some serious new features available. Whichever plan suits you the best, you’ll have at least 14 new features!

Choose the path that’s right for you

1 - Upgrade to Start

The Start Plan is the perfect solution for companies with a steady number of jobs or organizations looking to start their digitalization and recruitment journey. You can have up to five job slots in use at any time, unlimited users, and it comes with all the functions you know and love from the old Launch plan. It also has heaps of new extras to get excited about! Here’s what will change for you:

✅ Automated actions
Repetitive tasks performed for every individual candidate can now be replaced by different automated actions based on specific triggers. These key automation features will help save you time and energy and can either be based on disqualify reasons or the movement of candidates into different pipeline stages. Automated actions can also support you with GDPR compliance, by sending out automated consent requests and/or automatically deleting candidates based on their consent status.

✅ Meeting room calendars
Scheduling interviews on location just got a lot quicker and easier! Connect the meeting rooms from your calendar provider with your Recruitee account, to seamlessly set up interviews in your office(s).

✅ Schedule emails to be sent later
The send later feature does exactly what it says; you can schedule emails to be sent on a specific day and time. That means you no longer have to draft a message and remember to send it later. This is even more useful for disqualifications or deadline specific information like an assessment with a time limit.

✅ Screening question templates
Screening questions are essential to gather the right information to evaluate your candidates’ applications. Create templates for sets of screening questions you use on a regular basis to improve the consistency and efficiency of your hiring process.

✅ Job scheduler
Schedule publication and closing dates for all of your jobs, to streamline your workflow.

✅ Pipeline templates
Use pipeline templates to streamline and standardize your hiring process. This not only makes the process of setting up a new job more efficient, but can also help you keep any pipeline related reports organized.

✅ Profile print
If you’re in need of a hardcopy of a candidate profile, or would like to download it, look no further. This feature will allow you to print the candidate profile, or select certain parts of it to print or download.

✅ Customizable hiring roles
In addition to now being able to edit Recruitee’s six default hiring roles, you’ll also be able to add new hiring roles. By selecting the access and visibility each hiring role will have, you can tailor these to perfectly align with your hiring processes.

✅ Adjustable visibility for content
Managing the visibility of sections of a candidate’s profile will allow you to select who in your account can view sensitive candidate information.

✅ EEO Compliance
Our Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) features help you achieve EEO compliance for your company. They have been built to assist you with collecting demographic data and generating reports on such demographic data.

✅ Webhooks
A webhook is a way to deliver data to other applications as soon as a certain event happens, making it a simple real-time notification system to complement our API.

We believe in flexibility, which is why there are several add-ons that you can incorporate into your plan. Texting and SSO, can be bolted onto your plan – so you can choose precisely what you need.

✅ Use a custom URL for your careers site
In addition to being able to add more than one page to your careers site, you’ll be able to take the customization one step further by adjusting the URL. Either update your Recruitee subdomain or use a custom domain.

✅ Custom reporting & analytics
Track what matters most for your organization with tailor-made reports and customizable dashboards. This added feature provides you with more options to add filters, change metrics, and combine reports into a clear oversight of key metrics for different topics such as pipelines, candidates & jobs.

✅ ReferralsHub
Collaborative hiring is where the magic happens. With the ReferralsHub, you can get your entire organization involved in sourcing talent in a way that aligns with your referral programme.

✅ Multiple Locations
If your team works across multiple locations, you can easily organize jobs and requisitions by assigning them specific locations in Recruitee. Plus, you can also tag candidates' profiles with their preferred work locations to keep everything neatly organized.
