As a Lead Plan user, you already have access to all perks and functionalities Tellent Recruitee has to offer, and this won’t change with our Optimize plan! As we won’t be able to update our old Lead plan from the beginning of 2024 the new Optimize plan will give access to all newly released features.
There are two plans available to migrate to: the Advance Plan and the Optimize Plan. The Advance Plan offers flexibility and unlimited job posting, but you will lose some features.
This is a breakdown of the two options:
1 - Downgrade to Advance
The Advance Plan offers freedom and flexibility with unlimited job postings. It fits fast-paced companies expanding their teams at full speed, but you will also lose some functionalities:

2 - Upgrade to Optimize
The Optimize Plan helps you to get the most out of your recruitment effort and we will help you to get the most out of Tellent Recruitee. You will get the full Advance plan and several additional extra perks. But, best of all, you’ll have our teams ready to support you to set you up for success.
