How to change from the Scale Plan

The Scale Plan was always our most popular – for a good reason. It provided great flexibility and versatility. We’ve replicated the model with our Grow Plan, with two major changes: you can now post as many open vacancies as you need, while involving your entire organization in sourcing talent with the ReferralsHub. And there’s even more on offer with the Optimize Plan.

Choose the path that’s right for you

1 - Downgrade to Start

The Start Plan is the perfect solution for companies with a steady number of jobs or organizations looking to start their digitalization and recruitment journey. You can have up to five job slots in use at any time, and unlimited users.

The Start Plan has some differences in functionality from your current Scale plan. It’s a more streamlined service, designed for companies getting started with their recruitment journey. These benefits are not available for our Start Plan users:

We believe in flexibility, which is why there are several add-ons that you can incorporate into your plan. Texting and SSO can be bolted onto your plan – so you can choose precisely what you need.

2 - Upgrade to Grow

The Grow Plan mirrors the old Scale Plan, with a key change: unlimited job postings. Its features continue to help you standardize and accelerate your recruitment process; and there's a shiny new feature too - the ReferralsHub:

SAML-based Single sign-on (SSO) gives members access to Recruitee through an identity provider of your choice. Keep your software secure and your admin to a minimum.

Need more advanced data insights? No problem. With our Optimize Plan, you can connect your favorite business intelligence tools and get all the key information and reports you need.

✅ Testing sandbox
Use a dedicated environment to test processes, integrations and train your team, away from your main Recruitee account. This ensures any potential changes are checked before being rolled out to your main account.

✅ API Support

To get more out of Recruitee, you can use our API to automate your workflow and integrate with your website and other software. APIs require advanced programming knowledge from users. We provide support in managing the APIs.
