Instead of using the same job page layout for all positions, create different layouts tailored to specific roles, departments, or locations to better resonate with candidates.
Some examples:
Share what makes your office or area unique.
Change the content for junior, mid-level, or leadership roles.
Feature team members from a specific department or location.
Highlight key projects or initiatives that the role will support.
Explain remote, hybrid, or in-office expectations for each location or role.
Include details about mentorship opportunities or professional development programs.
Custom layouts make your job postings more relevant and appealing to the candidates you want to attract, helping improve the quality of your applications.

Create a new job page layout
Follow these steps to create a new layout in the CareersHub, then apply it to any job.
1. Go to CareersHub.
2. Scroll to the Job page layouts section at the bottom of the Pages view.
3. Click + Add layout.
4. Enter a name for your layout (e.g., “Marketing — Global remote”).
5. Choose Blank page to build your layout from scratch, or choose Select from library to save time with a ready-made design.
6. The layout editor will open for you to customize your new layout’s appearance.
Manage and assign layouts
After creating your layout, you can manage it within CareersHub and assign it to specific job openings.

In the Job page layouts section, you’ll see all your created layouts.
Use the three dots icon next to each layout to:
See the jobs that use this layout.
Preview: View the layout before assigning it to a job.
Set as default: One layout is always marked as default and automatically applied to new jobs. You can change the default layout at any time.
Edit/Duplicate/Delete: Change your design, duplicate a layout, or delete it.
📌 Note: You cannot delete a layout that is assigned to published or internal jobs, or if it is set as the default job page layout.
Assign a layout to a job
Now you’re ready to apply a layout to a job.
1. Go to Jobs and open the job you want to edit.
2. In the left sidebar, click Careers page.
3. Under Job page layout, click Change layout.
4. Choose the layout you want and click Save.
