Themes are not linked
Good news for your design peace of mind: the themes, colors, fonts, and styles you apply to your Offer Letters are completely separate from your main Career Site (CareersHub) themes.
This means you can freely customize the look and feel of a new offer letter — changing colors, fonts, or backgrounds — without any worry that these edits will accidentally alter your Career Site’s design or the appearance of any previously sent offers.
Each offer letter maintains its own distinct style, allowing you to tailor them perfectly without impacting other areas.
Some CareersHub settings affect the offer letters
Applied Settings: Custom CSS code, custom fonts you’ve uploaded, and your career site’s favicon (if configured in your Career Site settings) will also be used for your Offer Letters, ensuring brand consistency.
Not Applied Settings: Custom JavaScript code added to your Career Site header or body will not be executed on Offer Letter pages.
Analytics: Offer Letter pages are not tracked by analytics tools you might have integrated with your main Career Site (e.g., Google Analytics).
Not all CareersHub features are available in the offers
While the Offer Letter customization uses a similar powerful editor to the CareersHub, some specific Career Site features are intentionally excluded or behave differently for Offer Letters to ensure privacy and focus:
Not Available: Video backgrounds (due to potential third-party cookie dependencies), the Career Site’s main cookie consent banner, dedicated SEO settings (like meta descriptions for the offer page itself, though the page title is used for the browser tab), and specific social sharing image settings for the offer page (it will likely use a default or inherit from general settings if not customized at the offer level). Custom JavaScript from your Career Site settings will also not run on offer letter pages.
Available: Custom CSS (for styling with custom HTML classes), uploaded custom fonts, and your career site’s favicon will be applied.
