Access the Stepstone Liquid Design Germany job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the Stepstone Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Configure contract

The following steps will guide you through requesting Stepstone credentials to configure your contract and how to create a job campaign.

1. Contact Stepstone Germany through the Job Feed Questionnaire to request the contract credentials. This applies to new and existing Stepstone customers.

These are the fields required to configure your contract in Recruitee:

  • Sender ID: ****

  • Organization ID: *****

  • Username: *****

  • PWD (Password): *****

Once you have received those credentials from Stepstone, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process.

2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click "Configure" on the Stepstone listing to open the confirmation form.

3. Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by Stepstone: Sender ID, Organization ID, Username, and Password. Then, click the "Add to my contracts" button. You are now ready to post a job.


Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Stepstone via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important information: ensure all required fields are completed and that job descriptions are accurate before placing an order. Once submitted, campaigns cannot be edited, and changes to the job posting will not be supported.

1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Stepstone contract by clicking the "+ Add" button and "Proceed to final review" to start creating the job campaign.

3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.

💡 Tips

  • Make sure to open a separate tab with the Recruitee careers job page.

  • In fields "Enter a value" that require numbers to be included, use whole numbers like 40000 instead of 40k.

4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

⚠️ Important information:

  • The company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.

  • Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, and the information is accurate; editing the job is only possible before the campaign is submitted.

5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.

6. The campaign is now created.


Campaign summary

This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary. Once the campaign status is online, you can find the URL with the live posting on the Job board.

1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

2. This view contains the campaign details and summary. Once the status is Online, an "Open" button containing the job posting URL will be displayed to preview the job posting on the job board.


Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the contract before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. This will enable a more straightforward process to remove the contract with a 2-step process. First, please confirm by ticking the "box" to let me know that you

understand you are removing the contract. Then, click the button "Remove contract."

⚠️ Important Warning: Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
