LinkedIn Premium Jobs Contract

Updated yesterday

Access the LinkedIn Premium Jobs job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

⚠️ Only one LinkedIn Premium Jobs contract can be configured per Recruitee account. Consequently, you can only post jobs under one entity on the job board.

Configure LinkedIn Premium Jobs Contract

Adding a contract is a simple process. With the following steps, you can easily authenticate and add your LinkedIn contract to your Recruitee account:

1. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click Configure on the LinkedIn listing to open the configuration form.

💡 The contract logic rules specify that each company can only have one contract per contract channel (job board). Your LinkedIn Recruiter account needs to have a valid Premium Job Posting contract.

2. Click the Initialize authentication button to start configuring your contract.

3. Adjust the Job poster by selecting the Edit option.

4. Select a default job poster from the dropdown menu.

📌 Delete and select your name again from the Job poster field as per the below image.

5. To complete the authentication process, add your Company ID and click Add contract.

6. Once you complete the authentication process, you can create your contract campaigns in the Jobs section.

Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on the Job board via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important information: the company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.

1. Navigate to the Jobs section and select a job offer to create the contract campaign.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.

3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.

💡 Tips:

  • If you click FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

  • Optional fields are accessible via the "Show/Hide all optional fields" button. You can also click "Show optional fields" in each section to provide additional information:

4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.

6. The campaign is now created.

Editing a campaign

You can edit your submitted campaign by following the instructions below.

1. Click Edit campaign in the Campaign details view to update your campaign:

2. After editing the fields in the LinkedIn Contract Details form, click Continue to update your campaign information in the Review section.

3. Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the Review section to apply your changes.

📌 Note:

  • Editing is only available for campaigns with an online contract status.

  • Your changes to the campaign will be lost if you leave without saving.

  • To reduce unnecessary job board costs, we wait 5 minutes before applying your changes. If you make another edit within this window, we’ll apply the most recent version.

Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Remove contract to proceed.

⚠️ Important Warning: deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
