Access the France Travail job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Configure contract

1. To obtain the credentials to configure France travail contract, you must submit a request on the France travail form Je Transfère Mes Offres - JTMO and proceed to "Demander l'accès." The credentials can only be enabled after you have submitted the form.

⚠️ Important Information: Access to the Je Transfère Mes Offres - JTMO API is subject to approval by France Travail. To use it, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by France Travail, outlined below:

  • Be a direct employer (company) or a staffing service provider (such as a temporary employment agency or a group of employers).

  • Have an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) that allows posting job offers outside of your career site.

  • Have the technical capacity and commit to developing the necessary integrations to implement the JTMO solution (access to JTMO is free of charge).

  • Have a sufficiently large annual volume of job offers to justify the development costs (around 1,000 offers per year).

  • Operate multiple establishments (multiple SIRET numbers).

You can find these criteria on the France Travail website.

⚠️ After you submit the form, France Travail will review your application and confirm your credentials for contract configuration if you meet the eligibility criteria, or reject your application if not. 

These are the fields required to configure your contract in Recruitee:

  • Client ID: *****

  • Key: *****

  • Party ID: *****

Once you have received the credential from the Job board, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process.

2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click "Configure" on the France Travail listing to open the configuration form.

3. Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by the job board: Client ID, Key and Party ID. Then, click the "Add to my contracts" button. You are now ready to post a job.


Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on the Job board via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important information: ensure all required fields are completed and that job descriptions are accurate before placing an order. Once submitted, campaigns cannot be edited, and changes to the job posting will not be supported.

1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your France Travail contract by clicking the "+ Add" button and "Proceed to final review" to start creating the job campaign.

3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.

4. Before you publish any campaign, please review the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

⚠️ Important information:

  • The company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.

  • Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, and the information is accurate; editing the job is only possible before the campaign is submitted.

5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.

6. The campaign is now created.


Campaign summary

This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.

1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

2. This view contains the campaign details and summary.

Once the status is Online, an "Open" button containing the job posting URL will be displayed to preview the job posting on the job board.


Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the contract before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. This will enable a more straightforward process to remove the contract with a 2-step process. First, please confirm by ticking the "box" to let me know that you

understand you are removing the contract. Then, click the button "Remove contract."

⚠️ Important Warning: Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
