Access the France Travail job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Configure contract
To obtain the credentials to configure France travail contract, you must contact saejtmo.00159@francetravail.fr.
⚠️ Important Information: Access to the Je Transfère Mes Offres - JTMO API is subject to approval by France Travail. To use it, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by France Travail, outlined below:
Be a direct employer (company) or a staffing service provider (such as a temporary employment agency or a group of employers).
Have an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) that allows posting job offers outside of your career site.
Have the technical capacity and commit to developing the necessary integrations to implement the JTMO solution (access to JTMO is free of charge).
Have a sufficiently large annual volume of job offers to justify the development costs (around 1,000 offers per year).
Operate multiple establishments (multiple SIRET numbers).
📌 Note: Once you contact France Travail, the job board will review your application and confirm whether your are eligibile to access the JTMO API. If you meet the eligibility criteria, they will arrrange a call with you and issue your credentials; if not, your application will be declined.
These are the fields required to configure your contract in Recruitee:
Client ID: *****
Key: *****
Party ID: *****
Once you have received the credential from the Job board, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process. This is a two-step process:
1- Configure your France Travail (Sandbox) contract
Once the JTMO IT agreement has been initiated, France Travail will send you the credentials required to post jobs in their Sandbox environment (test).
a) After receiving your test credentials, log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click Configure on the France Travail (Sandbox) listing to open the configuration form.
b) Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by the job board: Client ID, Key and Party ID. Then, click the Add to my contracts button.
c) To create test campaigns, use your France Travail (Sandbox) contract by following the steps in the Creating a campaign section.
This step will allow France Travail to validate the quality of your job postings, a necessary condition before going live in production.
2- Configure your France Travail contract
After your test job postings are approved, France Travail will share your production credentials with you.
a) Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click Configure on the France Travail listing to open the configuration form.
b) Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by the job board: Client ID, Key and Party ID. Then, click the Add to my contracts button.

Creating a new contract group
To create a new France Travail contract group, click Configure on the France Travail listing again, open the Group modal, scroll to Add New Group, enter a group name, and click Create Group.
Once the contract group is created, provide the France Travail credential for the corresponding recruiter account and click Add to my contracts.
Your new contract will appear under its corresponding group name.
c) You are now ready to publish your job postings in production on France Travail. 🎉 To do so, make sure to use your France Travail contract by following the steps in the Creating a campaign section.
Creating a campaign
The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on the Job board via Recruitee.
⚠️ Important information: the company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.
1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.
2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.

3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.

4. Before you publish any campaign, please review the job details for accurate information and click Continue.
5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.
6. The campaign is now created. 🎉
Campaign summary
This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.
1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

Editing a campaign
You can edit your submitted campaign by following the instructions below.
1. Click Edit campaign in the Campaign details view to update your campaign:
2. After editing the fields in the France Travail Contract Details form, click Continue to update your campaign information in the Review section.
3. Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the Review section to apply your changes.
📌 Note:
Editing is only available for campaigns with an online contract status.
Your changes to the campaign will be lost if you leave without saving.
To reduce unnecessary job board costs, we wait 5 minutes before applying your changes. If you make another edit within this window, we’ll apply the most recent version.
Removing the contract
Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.
1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.
2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Remove contract to proceed.
⚠️ Important Warning: deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
Guidelines regarding publication issues
Please open a ticket with our support team directly through your Recruitee account if you encounter an error message such as "oops, something went wrong".
If your campaign fails to go live and displays an "offline/expired" status, verify with your France Travail representative that the credentials provided during contract setup are correct. If confirmed, please open a ticket with our support team to help identify the root cause and resolve your publication issue.
