The contract status involves creating a campaign to promote a job on premium and national job boards. These job boards require customers to have a registered account, valid credentials, and an active subscription or account.

Campaign statuses

A campaign is defined by the Job being promoted through one or multiple Job boards and their contracts.

Status

Meaning

draft

A campaign is considered complete only when the order has been submitted.

online

The campaign has been sent for vendor validation. Publication may take up to 48 hours, although timing can vary, and in some cases, it may take longer.

offline

The campaign was taken offline by the vendor or ended.

📌 Definition of Vendor: The vendor is the third-party service Recruitee uses to power the service to its customers.


Contract statuses

Contracts are an essential part of a campaign. At least one contract must be set up to promote a job. Contracts are associated with a campaign that includes at least one product, such as LinkedIn Premium Jobs, Stepstone, or APEC.

in_progress

The product still needs to be processed and validated by the vendor.

online

The job has been published on the Job board.

offline

The job is no longer published on the Job board.

not_processed

If the job board cannot process a contract (due to incorrect credentials, unavailable credits, or not meeting criteria), it is marked as "not processed."
