How can I reset the progress of the career site (version 2.0)? I would like to begin from scratch again

It is indeed possible to reset the CareersHub and start from scratch.

To do so, simply hover your mouse over the option located at the top-right corner. Once you do, the "Page history" option will appear.

Clicking on it will open a pop-up window, showing the edit history of your career site, along with the details of the team members who made the changes.

Scrolling down in the pop-up window will take you to the initial version of the page. From there, you can opt to set this as your current version, effectively resetting your career site to its original state.

Why can't I find the job I published on my career site?

Your experience is probably cache-related.

Could you try the following steps to see if this already solves the problem?

1. Please open Recruitee and your Careers Site once in another browser. Does the problem occur here as well?

2. Open the link to your Careers Site in an incognito, or a private window of your browser. If you are able to see your job posting listed there, please clear your browser cache and cookies once. It should fix the caching issues instantly.

In order to add the Google Search Console to your career hub you may follow these steps:

1) Go to Google Search Console:

Visit the Google Search Console website at https://search.google.com/search-console.

2) Sign in:

Sign in with your Google account credentials.

3) Add a Property (Website).

4) On the Search Console home page, click on the "+ Add Property" button.

In the pop-up, enter your website URL (e.g., https://www.yourwebsite.com/) and click "Continue."

5) Verify Ownership:

Google Search Console requires verification to ensure that you are the owner or have permission to access the website. There are several verification methods available:

HTML file upload: Download the HTML file provided by Google, upload it to your website's root directory, and then click "Verify" in Search Console. ❗ THIS WON'T WORK FOR CAREERS ❗

HTML tag: Add a meta tag with a unique code to the <head> section of your homepage's HTML. Click "Verify" in Search Console.

6) Wait for Verification:

After adding the property and completing the verification process, it may take some time for Google to verify your ownership and start collecting data.

7) Access Search Console Dashboard:

Once verified, you can access the Search Console dashboard for your property. Here, you'll find various reports and tools to analyze and improve your site's performance in Google Search.

Please keep in mind that in point 5, you would need to add a meta-tag to the <head> section in the Custom Code editor, since the option with uploading the HTML file won’t work.
