You can view all events from synced calendars as well as all events scheduled via Recruitee. Toggle between your calendar and your team's calendar using the filter at the top.

Team calendar – Events synced from shared calendars.
Adjust the calendar view
Date range
Click on the date at the top to change the currently displayed range.
Time zone
Click on the current time on the left to change the time zone.
Show weekends
Click on the ellipsis on the right side to include Saturdays and Sundays in your calendar.
📌 Note:
Some events may be marked as private. This is when the details of a synced calendar have been hidden from other team members, and the calendar only shows free or busy times.
Schedule an event in 5 steps
Click Schedule and choose the candidate that you want to meet up with.
Select the Job or talent pool that the interview will relate to.
Choose the date, time, and duration of the meeting. Adjust the time zone if needed.
Next, select the event type, location, and interviewers. If you added more interviewers, click Find time to view everyone's calendars, and choose the time that works for everyone.
Optionally, you can add meeting notes, private notes, and request evaluations. Private notes are visible to team members only in the email invitation and the calendar. If you request an evaluation, other interviewers will see it in their calendars. Click Continue to view the summary of your meeting and schedule it.
Connect your calendar to Recruitee
You can connect your own calendar to manage all meetings in one place. It’s a two-way sync so all events scheduled in Recruitee will appear in your synced calendar and the other way around. You can connect it from your email settings.
