FAQ - Careers site

To reset all of the changes you've made to your Careers site, just click on the 'Page history' button located in the top right corner of the editor:

This will open the edit history of your Careers site, where you can scroll down to the earliest saved backup version of the page.

From there, you can click on the 'Preview' button and then select the option to 'Restore this version', effectively resetting your Careers site to its original state.

Changes you've made in Tellent Recruitee, or in the CareersHub should be immediately reflected on your Careers site. However, in rare cases, you may experience cache-related issues with displaying these changes.

If this happens, try the following:

If the changes are displayed correctly when viewing your Careers site in a different browser, or an incognito/private window, then clearing your default browser's cache and cookies should fix the caching issues.

To enable multi-language, navigate to your Tellent Recruitee Settings and in the 'Company settings' section, select the Languages tab.

Once you enable the feature and select your preferred languages, navigate to the CareersHub Settings and in the 'Languages' section, you'll be able to select which of the enabled languages will be available on your Careers site.

To edit your Tellent Recruitee Careers site, click on the Tellent Recruitee logo in the top left corner and select CareersHub from the drop-down menu:

In the CareersHub, you'll have the ability to edit your homepage, the job details page and any additional pages added to your Careers site.

Yes, while the Careers site is enabled by default, it is possible to disable it completely. If you'd like to do so, please reach out to our Support team.

⚠️ Please keep in mind that once your Careers site is disabled, it will no longer be possible to post your jobs to job boards via Tellent Recruitee. If you've already promoted jobs through Tellent Recruitee, these postings will display errors.

We also offer the option to disable indexing of your Careers site, which will prevent search engines from displaying your Careers site in search results. You can find the option in the Tellent Recruitee Settings, in the Company settings section, under the Careers site tab:

You can change the default language of your Careers site by navigating to the 'Company settings' section in the Tellent Recruitee Settings and opening the 'Languages' tab.

If the multiple languages feature is active, you will be able to select the default language from the list of enabled languages.

Tellent Recruitee's Careers Site feature is fully customizable and empowers you to showcase your employer branding for a great candidate experience.

Additionally, in the 'Custom code' section in the CareersHub Settings, you have the option to add custom CSS code to further style your Careers site.

Once verified, you can view the Search Console dashboard for your property and access various reports and tools to analyze and improve your Careers site's performance in Google Search.
