How can I export our jobs data as a CSV file?

While Recruitee does not have a simple export button for exporting your job data from your account, it is still possible. There are a few ways to go about it.

If you desire to have your public/published jobs (the jobs on the careers site) on display, there is another, much quicker way to access this data.

Details regarding published job positions and their related descriptions can be located within your Public API. Additionally, a job feed is available for you:

This feed contains all publicly available job data. By using this data and converting it to a CSV file, you can export all desired information. There are online converters, like konklone.io, that enable you to paste the data and export it to CSV format.

Here are the steps you'll need to take:

1. Go to the link above and copy all data.

2. Go to this converter https://konklone.io/json/ and paste the data into the input.

3. Select "Download the entire CSV"

4. Modify the CSV to your liking.
