How can I export candidate profiles?
1. CSV export
You can export a list of candidates and their essential data by using the Export to CSV option in the Candidates tab.
2. API
It is possible to export the candidate data by using our open API. Please keep in mind that this may require advanced technical knowledge, or a dedicated developer and needs to be set up entirely on your end. You can find links to our complete API documentation here.

4. Export using integrations
We offer a large number of integrations and third party integrations, which can be used to automatically export the candidate profiles to external apps. You can find the list of available integrations in the Tellent Recruitee Marketplace.

To download the data, use the CSV export button in the top-right of the Candidates tab. The screenshot below shows how to export data from the Candidates, or the Analytics section. Click the three dots button and select the option to start the export:
The CSV file will be downloaded immediately to your desktop, and you can convert it to any file data you prefer.

Tellent Recruitee does not currently have the option to automatically export the jobs from your account, however, there are still ways to retrieve this data:
You can use our open API to export the data of all of your jobs.

Alternatively, if you wish to only export the data of your Published jobs, we automatically generate an XML feed that contains all of the information on those jobs. You can access the feed with the following URL (exchange 'COMPANY' with your Tellent Recruitee subdomain):
- https://COMPANY.recruitee.com/api/offers.xml
This feed contains all publicly available job data, which you can convert to your preferred format manually, or by using third party software or online tools.
