Recruiting teams put in daily effort to attract candidates, keep processes running smoothly, and save time. The challenge is proving that impact.
The Impact Tracker turns that work into clear, measurable data, making it easier to see progress, share results, and show the value of your hiring efforts.
Overview of the Impact Tracker
The Impact Tracker is a feature in Tellent Recruitee that shows data on your recruitment performance.
It helps teams measure the effectiveness of their hiring strategies and the value they deliver by tracking efficiency gains, time saved, and overall hiring success.
The data is collected automatically from your account activity over the last 90 days and presented in a clear report you can share with your team or leadership.
With the Impact Tracker, you can see:
The number of candidates in your pipeline and the number of hires made.
The total views of your careers page and the percentage of visits that resulted in applications.
The number of automated actions completed and the estimated time saved.
The number of active team members and the total number of actions they completed.
The number of job postings published and the job boards used.
Where you’ll find it
The Impact Tracker appears on your main dashboard and in the menu when you click on your avatar. It becomes visible only once your company meets the minimum activity requirements.
📌 Note: Not seeing the Impact Tracker in your account? Check our FAQs to learn about the minimum thresholds.

Why don’t I see the Impact Tracker in my avatar menu?
Why don’t I see the Impact Tracker in my avatar menu?
The Impact Tracker only appears once your company meets the minimum display rules for both of these metrics:
Candidates + hires → at least 10 candidates and 1 hire
Careers page views + conversion → at least 50 views and ≥ 1% application conversion
If your company has not yet met these numbers, the Impact Tracker will not be visible. It will appear automatically once you reach the required thresholds.
Why don’t I see the full Impact Tracker dialog?
Why don’t I see the full Impact Tracker dialog?
The full dialog view appears only when:
Candidates + hires and careers page views + conversion meet their display rules (these are always required), and
At least one additional metric meets its threshold, so there are at least three metrics in total.
The dialog won’t be displayed if fewer than three metrics are available.
