You’ve received an activation link from a colleague. This is your invitation to start using WhatsApp Hiring, the integration that allows you to communicate with candidates directly within Recruitee.
Setting up your access is simple and takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get started.
1. Open the activation link
Your colleague has sent you a link via email or another communication channel. Click the link to begin the activation process.

2. Install the FunnelBridge browser extension
To enable the WhatsApp chat window in Recruitee, you’ll need to install the FunnelBridge extension in your browser.
Select the browser you’re using from the setup screen.
Click Install Browser Extension.
Once installed, return to the setup screen to continue.

3. Enable your access
After installing the extension, a new button will appear labeled “Enable Access.”
Click this button to proceed.
You’ll be redirected to Recruitee to finalize the integration.

4. Start chatting
Once everything is set up, you’ll notice a WhatsApp icon in the left sidebar of your Recruitee dashboard. Click the icon to view all your open WhatsApp chats.

Each candidate profile also includes a dedicated WhatsApp chat window, perfect for quick and direct communication.

⚡️ Troubleshooting (access)
If you see the WhatsApp icon in Recruitee but can’t view all the chats you expect to see, it’s possible your permissions need updating.
Contact your FunnelBridge administrator (the colleague who sent you the activation link) to verify your access rights.
