If you are a recruitment agency looking for a way to manage both your candidates and your clients, here is a workaround.

⚠️ This is a workaround for basic CRM functionalities!

To manage candidates

From sourcing, tagging, and emailing to performing bulk actions and reviewing candidates, you can read all about managing candidates here.

To manage clients

1 – Store client data and communication

Just like with candidates, you can make jobs and talent pools to store client data and communication.

With jobs, you have a pipeline overview where you can segment your clients. For example: “Do intake”, “To be closed this month”, “Back-burner”, etc.

Read more: Work with jobs.

With talent pools, you don’t have a pipeline overview, but you can tag clients and filter them.

2 – Keep track of clients' requisitions

To track which job reqs belong to which clients, you can add clients to all their job reqs.

These job reqs will appear in the client profiles when you open them.

To avoid mixing up clients and candidates in a job, you can tag clients with a tag like "client".

Then you can filter them within the candidates search.

When you complete a job req, you can disqualify the client from the job req with a reason like “Completed” or “On hold”. This will be displayed in the client profile, helping you stay updated with the status of each job req per client.

3 – Store important documents

If you have a document regarding a client, you can save it right in their profile under the Files tab.

NOTE: The documents will be visible to anyone in your company account that has a hiring role allowing View section in Candidates.

If you have a document regarding a job req, you can save it under the Files tab of the job posting.

NOTE: The documents will be visible to anyone in your company account that has a hiring role allowing View section in Jobs.

3 – Email clients

Emailing clients in Recruitee works the same way as emailing candidates.

You can use email templates, sync your mailbox with Recruitee mailbox, and see all the emailing history per client in their profile.

You can read all about emails here.

Try this now in your Recruitee account!
