Where and how can I report a security breach related to my Recruitee account?

For assistance in such cases, you have two options to reach us:

  • Open a chat within Recruitee account to communicate directly with our support team.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our support team via our chat.

Rest assured, we will promptly respond to your inquiries and provide the help you need.


Is it possible to retrieve candidates' profiles after deletion?

Candidate profiles are retrievable within a seven-day window following their deletion. Restoration can be performed within the candidates' section by an individual with High-level data access, typically an account administrator.

In cases where the removal of these profiles exceeds the seven-day period, the data will be permanently deleted from the account. Regrettably, data recovery beyond this point will not be feasible.
