Create a campaign
Follow these steps to create a new campaign:
1. Navigate to the Acquisition section and click "New Campaign".
2. Select the job for which you want to start a promotional campaign and give your campaign a name for easy reference.
💡 At this stage, name your campaign for easy identification of your ads.
3. Choose your target audience by specifying your job details. Decide which candidates you want to appeal to based on seniority, education level, industry, and category.
4. Choose the channels where you want to promote your job. You’ll see an estimated publishing time in working days for each channel. This is an average estimate based on historical data, though campaigns may go live sooner.
📌 You can always search for your preferred channels and add additional ones in the All Channels tab.
5. Review your job details. Write or edit your job description as you would on your career site, and include a summary.
📌 Enable the Remote toggle in the Job location when promoting a remote job.
Note: There is limited control over how each job board handles different types of remote working. For example, LinkedIn offers on-site, hybrid, and remote options, and it defaults to hybrid as the least restrictive choice. Alternatively, you can post your jobs using our LinkedIn Basic Jobs integration as it supports these options precisely.
6. Select a payment method and enter your payment details to complete your order.
📌 Once your payment is confirmed, your campaign will be validated and active until the job ad is published. You can review the campaign details by clicking on it in your dashboard. Learn more about ad statuses here.
Channels
You have control over which channels you use to promote your job, whether it's job boards, social media, or product bundles. Each channel offers one or more products defined by a package that includes details on the platform where the job will be promoted, the duration, and the price
1. Go to Acquisition > Channels, then select your target audience by applying the Filters: Industry, Category, and Location.
2. Choose the channels you want to promote your job on. The system will recommend channels based on the job details you’ve provided. You can compare over 2,900 premium and niche job promotion channels, filtering by channel type, description, duration, and price.
💡 Some news channels may require a longer setup. The selected channel will show an estimated time for your first posting.
End campaign
You can end the campaign at any time through a two-step process. Once ended, all channels and products will stop immediately, and any remaining campaign time will be lost. Please note that campaigns cannot be refunded.
1. Open the Campaign Card and click "End Campaign" to start the process.
2. Read and check the box to confirm you understand and agree to the consequences of ending the campaign, then click "End Campaign."
3. The campaign has ended.
