Status refers to the current condition or phase in the life cycle of a campaign or product within a platform like Recruitee. It indicates the progress, state of completion, or outcome of certain actions, such as creating a campaign, processing payments, or publishing job ads on various channels.

Campaigns statuses

Ad status refers to the process of creating a campaign to promote a job on external channels, such as job boards and social media. Campaign Status reflects where a campaign stands, from initial creation (draft) to being published online or offline ended.

draft

A campaign is considered complete only when the order has been submitted, and the payment has been authorized.

pending

The campaign payment is pending asynchronous authorization.

paid

The payment was successfully processed, and the campaign is ready to be sent to vendor validation.

online

The campaign has been sent for vendor validation. Publication may take up to 48 hours, although timing can vary, and in some cases, it may take longer.

offline

The campaign was taken offline by the vendor or ended.

📌 Definition of Vendor: The vendor is the third-party service Recruitee uses to power the service to its customers.

Product statuses

Product Status refers to the state of individual products or job postings within a campaign, tracking whether they are being processed, online, or unavailable.

Products are part of a campaign with at least one channel (e.g., LinkedIn) and at least one product (LinkedIn - Job Posting - Light). A campaign can have multiple channels and its products.

The product still needs to be processed and validated by the vendor.

online

The product has been published on the channel.

offline

The product is no longer published on the channel.

not_processed

If the Channel cannot process an ordered product (for example, due to unavailability or not fitting the Channel's criteria), it is marked as "not processed."
