Access Le Forem job board through Tellent Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Tellent Recruitee on the Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Tellent Recruitee pipeline.

Configure contract
⚠️ Important Information: All customers must complete the two-phase onboarding process with Le Forem to post jobs via Tellent Recruitee.
Phase 1: Vacancy posting with test credentials
a) Begin by filling out the application form to access the API provided by Le Forem, after reading and accepting the General Terms and Conditions.

b) After completing the form, you will be contacted by Le Forem, who will share your test credentials (Partner-Code and API key). This can take between 1 and 3 weeks.
c) Once you receive your test credentials, log in to your Tellent Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts and click Configure on the Le Forem | Belgium (Acceptance Testing) listing to open the configuration form.
d) Configure your Le Forem | Belgium (Acceptance Testing) contract using the test credentials, then click Add to my contracts to complete the configuration.
e) Le Forem requires customers to submit five to ten realistic test vacancies. These will be checked by Le Forem for technical accuracy, content, and compliance with they quality guidelines.
💡 You can create five to ten campaigns using your Le Forem | Belgium (Acceptance Testing) contract by following the steps provided in the Creating a campaign section.
Phase 2: Vacancy posting with production credentials
f) After the test vacancies are approved, Le Forem will provide you with your production credentials (Partner-Code and API key).
g) Once you receive your production credentials, log in to your Tellent Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts and click Remove contract for the Le Forem | Belgium (Acceptance Testing) listing to prevent accidental use during vacancy posting.
h) Then, click Configure on the Le Forem (Belgium) listing to open the configuration form.
i) Configure your Le Forem (Belgium) contract using your production credentials and click Add to my contracts.
j) You are now ready to publish your vacancies to Le Forem. 🎉
Creating a new contract group
If your organization has multiple subsidiaries, you can create a new contract group for each subsidiary with its respective credential.

Creating a campaign
The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Le Forem via Tellent Recruitee.
⚠️ Important information:
You can send your company logo, with a maximum size of 4 MB, in gif, png, jpeg, or tiff format, to echangeoffres.info@forem.be so that it can be attached to your job listings.
Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, and the information is accurate; editing the campaign is only possible before the campaign is submitted.
1. Navigate to the Tellent Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.
2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.
📌 Note:
It is not possible to select different contract groups when promoting a job offer.
If you have multiple contract groups, make sure to click Add on the group you wish to link your job offer to.
3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.
💡 Tips:
If you click FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

4. Before you publish any campaign, please review the job details for accurate information and click Continue.
5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.
6. The campaign is now created. 🎉
Campaign Summary
This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.
1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.
2. This view contains the campaign details and summary.
⚠️ Important information: closing a job offer will not automatically remove your job campaign from the job board. It is important to end a campaign before closing your job offer.
Removing the contract
Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.
1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.
2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Remove contract to proceed.
⚠️ Important Warning: deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
Guidelines regarding publication issues
Please open a ticket with our Support team directly through your Tellent Recruitee account if you encounter an error message such as "oops, something went wrong".
If your campaign fails to go live and displays an "offline/expired" status, verify with Le Forem that the credentials provided during contract setup are correct. If confirmed, please open a ticket with our Support team to help identify the root cause and resolve your publication issue.
