WhatsApp Hiring Example Templates & Automations

These templates serve as copy-based examples to quickly create templates and automations in the WhatsApp Hiring backend. These can of course be customized. Please make sure to follow the guidelines for creating WhatsApp message templates.

1. Create template
Copy the desired template and paste it into the WhatsApp Hiring backend as a new template.

2. Configure placeholders correctly
The templates already contain placeholders such as [candidate.first], [interview.date], etc.

These must be mapped correctly in the backend:
