Meinestadt.de Contract

Access the Meinestadt job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the job board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Configure contract

1. To configure your Meinestadt contract in Recruitee, you must have an active contract with Meinestadt.

2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click Configure on the Meinestadt listing to open the confirmation form.

3. Then, copy and save the unique XML Feed URL in the instructions page (you will need it for the next steps) and click Continue.

💡 Tip: Remember to save your XML Feed URL in your notes, so you can reuse it later.

4. Next, provide your company name and paste the unique XML Feed URL into the Confirmed XML Feed URL field and click Add to my contracts.

5. Create a job campaign by following the instructions in the "Creating a campaign" section so that Meinestadt can test the format.

6. Once your campaign is created, copy the XML feed previously saved in your notes and send it to jobs-schnittstelle@meinestadt.de along with your company name to request the indexing of your XML feed.

7. Once Meinestadt has confirmed the indexing of your XML feed and validated your job format, you can start creating additional campaigns in Recruitee. 🎉


Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Meinestadt via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important information:

  • Once an order is placed, campaigns cannot be edited.

  • The company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.

1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.

3. Fill in the fields under Posting Requirements in the Contract details section and click Continue.

💡 Tips:

  • If you click FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

  • Optional fields such as Work Time, Limited, Salary and more are accessible via the Show optional fields button:

4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

5. Proceed by clicking on Confirm order to publish and promote your job campaign.

6. The campaign is now created.


Campaign Summary

This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.

1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

2. This view contains the campaign details and summary.


Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Remove contract to proceed.

⚠️ Important: Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
