You can send broadcast messages to multiple agencies simultaneously using the broadcast message feature.

Sending broadcast messages

  1. Click Jobs in the navigation bar

  2. Open the specific job you want to send a message about

  3. Click Assign Agencies.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Choose your recipient group:

    • All active agencies

    • Agencies working on specific jobs

    • Custom agency groups

  6. Compose your message

  7. Send the broadcast
