Want to acknowledge applications automatically? With WhatsApp Hiring, you can set up automated confirmation messages for each job — either for all applicants or just those who applied via WhatsApp.
It’s a quick way to keep candidates informed and create a great first impression.
Preparation
Before setting up the automation, make sure:
The pipeline for the job is saved as a pipeline template in Recruitee.
You have created a message template in FunnelBridge to use as your confirmation message.
1. Activate pipeline automations globally
Go to Settings > Pipeline Automations in FunnelBridge.
Toggle on Consider new candidates for pipeline automations at the top. This will allow messages to be sent automatically to new candidates who enter an automated stage.
2. Create a new automation
Click Create a new automation.
Select the relevant pipeline for which you’d like to send the confirmation messages.
3. Configure the confirmation message
Choose whether to send confirmations to all new applicants or only those who applied via WhatsApp.
Select the message template to use.
If your template includes placeholders, define the values (e.g., applicant name).
Click Save Automation to complete the configuration.
