Enabling Apply with Indeed allows candidates to use their Indeed profile for their job application in a few simple clicks.

By default, the Apply with Indeed button is enabled for your published jobs as part of the Application preferences.

This feature allows candidates to apply to your published jobs using their Indeed profile.

Sometimes candidates applying with their Indeed profile will bypass the application form with screening questions that you have set up.

To prevent that, you can hide the Apply with Indeed button on your job page(s):

1. Go to the Jobs section and click Edit next to a job where you’d like to remove the Apply with Indeed button.

2. Select the Application Form tab

3. Scroll down to the Application preferences section and toggle the button under Apply with Indeed to No.

💡 Turning off the Apply with Indeed button on the careers site will also affect the posting on Indeed. Instead of seeing an Apply button on Indeed, your candidates will now see an Apply On Company Site button, redirecting them to your careers site.

4. Click Save.
