What is LinkedIn Job Wrapping?
Job Wrapping (alternatively known as Automated Job Postings) is a service that LinkedIn customers can turn on if they have Job Slots purchased directly from LinkedIn. It enables automated job postings that ingest jobs from ATSes like Recruitee and its Career Sites to LinkedIn.

What does it mean to my Basic Job Posting integration?
You can use either Basic Job Posting (BJP) API integration to send basic jobs to your LinkedIn company page, or add Job Wrapping to promote these jobs by using your own LinkedIn Job Slots. This combines the best of both features, and your LinkedIn customer success manager can guide you in choosing which one(s) to keep activated.
Using BJP API and Job Wrapping (JW) together allows you to have control over which jobs get sent to your LinkedIn Company Page in real time. It also enables you to use JW features such as salary mapping, inferred skills, backfilling, tagging, pinning, rules for managing empty slots etc. You can find these details in this guide.
What do I need to know in advance?
If you have been using a legacy scraping source as the job source for Job Wrapping from before:
We recommend you substitute the legacy scraping source with the Basic Job Posting API. This allows you to send jobs via our BJP API integration and keep the benefits of using Job Wrapping intact. If your switch to the API source for Job Wrapping hasn't happened yet, please contact the LinkedIn account team or open a ticket here to help you make the switch.
If you have been using the Basic Job Posting API source and want to set up Job Wrapping:
You can easily continue sending jobs via the BJP API. When you request Job Wrapping to be setup within your Recruiter dashboard and select Recruitee as your ATS, LinkedIn will verify if you have been sending any jobs via the API.
If yes, LinkedIn will use that API source as the base job source for Job Wrapping, and you don't need to set up any additional scraping sources with LinkedIn.
If you have purchased sponsored jobs via Recruitee Acquisition:
Job Wrapping will not work as the Acquisition campaign ads do not use the slot inventory from your LinkedIn account.
