Use bulk actions to get repetitive tasks done with only a few clicks.
You can use bulk actions in several different places:
In jobs, talent pools, and the candidates section
1. Go to a job/talent pool and select the Filters tab or go to the Candidates section.
2. Select all candidates you want to perform bulk actions on by checking the checkbox in the list or filtering for them and selecting them all at once.
3. Select the bulk action you want to perform from the bulk actions bar that appeared above the candidates list or scroll through the drop-down menu under More for more options.
💡 When bulk-sending an email, each candidate will only see the email sent to them, not the rest of the email's recipients.
⚠️ When sending bulk emails to candidates that are assigned to multiple jobs, we fill the job-related placeholders (such as [job.offer], [department], and placeholders from the Recruiter and Hiring manager categories) with information from the job first assigned to the candidate by default. To adjust the job, a pop-up will appear so you can ensure the placeholders interpolate the correct information.
📌If you send an email to multiple candidates directly from within a job, the placeholders will automatically interpolate information from that job.
⚠️ Job-related placeholders do not work with talent pools, archived jobs, jobs you don’t have access to, candidates not assigned to any jobs, and non-candidates!
In the pipeline view of a job
Simply select the checkboxes of individual candidates or entire stages in the pipeline of your job and select bulk actions in the bar that appears above, as well as the drop-down menu.
