APEC Contract

Updated today

Access the APEC job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

In this article:

Configure contract

1. To configure your APEC contract in Recruitee, ensure an active APEC account with Apec.fr.

This is the field required to configure your contract in Recruitee:

  • NumeroDossier (N° compte interlocuteur): 100****W.

You can retrieve your N° compte interlocuteur in your APEC recruiter space, at the top of the page or in the "My information" section.

2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts > Contracts that you can configure and click Configure on the APEC listing to open the confirmation form.

3. Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by APEC: Numero Dossier. Then, click the Add to my contracts button.

📌 Note:

  • If your organization has multiple branches and, consequently, multiple NumeroDossier, create a new contract group for each branch with its respective credential:

Creating a new contract group

a) To create a new APEC contract group, click Configure on the APEC listing again, open the Group modal, scroll to Add New Group, enter a group name, and click Create Group.

b) Once the contract group is created, provide the APEC credential for the corresponding branch and click Add to my contracts.

c) Your new contract will appear under its corresponding group name (branch).

4. You are now ready to post a job. 🎉

Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on APEC via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important information:

  • The company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.

  • Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, and the information is accurate; editing the job is only possible before the campaign is submitted.

1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.

📌 Note:

  • It is not possible to select different contract groups when promoting a job offer.

  • If you have multiple contract groups, make sure to click Add on the group you wish to link your job offer to:

Fill in contract details with AI Smart Fill

3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) using AI Smart Fill and click Continue.

AI Smart Fill will be triggered automatically in the contract details form. AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

💡 Tips

  • Make sure to open a separate tab with the Recruitee careers job page for the job you wish to publish in APEC. This will make it easy to review the job offer details.

  • In fields "Enter a value" that require numbers to be included, use whole numbers like 40000 instead of 40k.

  • Your job posting will be published on Apec.fr for 30 days.

  • Optional fields are accessible via the "Show/Hide all optional fields" button. You can also click "Show optional fields" in each section to provide additional information:

4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.

6. The campaign is now created. 🎉

Campaign summary

This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.

1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

2. This page briefly overviews your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary. In the summary block, once the campaign status is "Online", you can click the Open button to be redirected to the Job Board platform.

💡 Tip

  • APEC does not provide a URL for the published job postings. Once the Channel status is set online, go to the Apec.fr job board page and search for your published job by inserting your company name in the "Métier recherché" and "Localisation.":

Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Remove contract to proceed.

⚠️ Important Warning: deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.

Guidelines regarding publication issues

Please open a ticket with our support team directly through your Recruitee account if you encounter an error message such as "oops, something went wrong".

If your campaign fails to go live and displays an "offline/expired" status, verify with your APEC representative that the credentials provided during contract setup are correct. If confirmed, please open a ticket with our support team to help identify the root cause and resolve your publication issue.
