Configure contract
1. To configure your APEC contract in Recruitee, ensure an active APEC account with Apec.fr and a signed ADEP protocol. To sign the ADEP protocol, email your Apec.fr representative or adep@apec.fr requesting to sign the ADEP protocol and connect your APEC account with your ATS receiving the contract credential.
⚠️ Important information: After signing the ADEP protocol, APEC may take a few weeks to provide you with user identifiers (N° compte interlocuteur). Without confirming this step, you won't be able to configure the integration to post jobs via Recruitee successfully.
This is the field required to configure your contract in Recruitee:
NumeroDossier (N° compte interlocuteur): 100****W.
Once you have received the credential from the Job board, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process.
2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click "Configure" on the job board listing to open the confirmation form.
3. Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by APEC: Numero Dossier. Then, click the "Add to my contracts" button. You are now ready to post a job.
Creating a campaign
The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Stepstone via Recruitee.
1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.
2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the "+ Add" button and "Proceed to final review" to start creating the job campaign.
3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.
💡 Tips
Make sure to open a separate tab with the Recruitee careers job page for the job you wish to publish in APEC. This will make it easy to review the job offer details.
In fields "Enter a value" that require numbers to be included, use whole numbers like 40000 instead of 40k.
4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.
⚠️ Important information:
The company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.
Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, and the information is accurate; editing the job is only possible before the campaign is submitted.
5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.
6. The campaign is now created.
Campaign summary
This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary. Once the campaign status is Online, you can find the URL with the live posting on the Job board.
1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.
2. This page briefly overviews your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary. In the summary block, once the campaign status is "Online", you can click the Open button to be redirected to the Job Board platform.
💡 Tip
APEC does not provide a URL for the published job postings. Once the Channel status is set online, go to the Apec.fr job board page and search for your published job by inserting your company name in the "Métier recherché" and "Localisation."
Removing the contract
If there are any active campaigns linked to a contract, the contract cannot be removed. In such cases, a modal will inform the user that the active campaigns must End campaigns before the contract can be removed.
However, if no active campaigns are associated with the contract, a confirmation modal will appear, enabling an easy process to remove the contract.
⚠️ Important Warning: Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
