Enable Apply with XING

Enabling Apply with XING allows candidates to use their XING profile for their job application in a few simple clicks.

Setting up the integration

To enable this integration, follow the steps below. Your role within Recruitee needs to have the Manage integrations permission.

⚠️ Before integrating, make sure your browser does not block cookies from other sites.

1. Go to Marketplace > Categories > Candidate experience and select Apply with XING to Integrate.

2. Read the information and confirm by clicking Accept and integrate.

3. The integration is now activated in your account.


Enabling the apply button

You can manually enable (and disable) Apply with XING per job in the job editor.

1. Go to the Jobs section and click on the Application form in the editor.

2. Scroll down to Application preferences and Click the switch to enable (or disable) Apply with XING for this job.

📌 If you haven't set up the integration previously, you can simply click on Add integration to activate it.

Integration settings on Careers Hub

1. Go to the Recruitee Careers Hub dashboard by clicking on the globe icon in the bottom left corner.

2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations, and click on the gear icon next to XING.

3. Your integration should remain Integrated for the apply button to appear on your job pages.

4. After integrating, Apply with XING will be enabled for all existing and new jobs, meaning that the Apply with XING button will appear on the job details page of all existing and new jobs.


Removing the integration

Go to Marketplace > Categories > Candidate experience and select Apply with XING to Remove integration.

You can also get redirected to this section from the Careers Hub by clicking Go to settings.
