The Interview board template provides you with the number of interviews and the times necessary to conduct them, a detailed breakdown per participant.

💡 We recommend recruitment team leaders to consult this board monthly to a quarterly basis to see in detail which recruiters were most active and if their workload is optimal.

⚠️The data presented here focus on past activity in the system and do not include scheduled interviews to apply a unified date filter.

📌 You can expand the report's date range in case of less frequent visits.

The board consists of key data highlighting KPIs and advanced reports to dig deeper into the data and compare more specific metrics.

Key data

  • Interviews completed: Total number of interviews that have taken place.

  • Interviewed candidates: Number of unique candidates interviewed.

  • Total time spent interviewing: Combined duration of all interviews (just interviews, not multiplied by number of participants).

Advanced reports

Completed Interviews over time

See the overall trend of completed interviews day by day/week by week etc. The dashboard aims to present overall dynamics and visualize whether there’s been a steady number of interviews or perhaps a sudden spike/drop.

Interviews by type

Compare interviews by type to see what is the most common one.

Interviews by duration

Breakdown of interviews by the duration, grouped into four segments (0-30,30-60,60-90 and 90+ minutes) to see how long they usually take.

Most candidates interviewed by team recruiters

Compare team members by the number of candidates they interviewed.

💡The last two dashboards combined can be interesting to see if there is a correlation between the total time spent and the overall number of candidates interviewed.

Time spent interviewing per team members

The combined duration of interviews each interviewer participated in.
