Why is visit duration 0 seconds in reports?

0-second visits are bounced sessions. A bounced session is a session that ended after the first page view. During a bounced session, a visitor didn’t click on any internal link. Non-bounced session is a session with at least two page views (one from the initial load and another one from interaction). For bounced sessions, the real duration remains unknown because they start and end on the same page, hence the 0-second duration.

Bounced visits are not taken into account while calculating average visit duration.

You can adjust columns in the report to see which sessions were marked as bounced:

Why is stage not assigned in the Events report?

Here are some possible reasons why some candidates are without a stage or a stage is not assigned in the Events report:

  • When a candidate schedules an event using the event scheduler link, the stage won’t be assigned to this event and will show as "not assigned" in Reports.

  • The pipeline was edited, and the stage related to the event was deleted.

  • The job was not assigned to the event at all.
