Build your Careers Site with the CareersHub

The CareersHub is your one-stop shop to easily build your careers site, display your employer brand, and attract candidates without needing any coding skills or developer assistance.

A compelling careers site is essential for engaging top talent. The CareersHub provides a visual, drag-and-drop builder that lets you showcase your company culture, structure custom landing pages, and list open roles.

To get started, read the article below or check out this walkthrough:

Navigate the dashboard

To access this space, click CareersHub in the top-left corner of Recruitee.

When you open the dashboard, your content is organized into two primary structures:

  • Essential pages: These are the core operational pages required for your site to function. This section includes your Careers homepage and your Job details page.

  • Pages: Every custom page you create will appear under this section. Use this space to build dedicated pages that explain your hiring process, showcase office locations, or highlight company values.

Note: Creating additional custom pages is available exclusively on our Advance and Optimize plans.

Use the page editor

To begin customizing your content, hover over any page in your dashboard list and click Edit to open the interactive page editor.

The editor is divided into two structural components:

Theme

Each page on your careers site is tied to a baseline theme, which controls the global branding parameters—including fonts, colors, navigation headers, and footers. You can view, manage, and edit your active styling layout by clicking the theme configuration settings in the top-right corner of any page.

Sections

Apart from the global navigation menu and footer, each individual page is built using a series of modular, customizable blocks.

  • Add a section: Move your cursor between two existing sections and click Add section. This opens the Section library, where you can select from various layouts such as Text, Image, Gallery, Video, List, Map, Jobs, Custom Code, Quotes, Job alert or Cookie preferences.

  • Manage your layout: Once a block is added, it will instantly appear in the visual table of contents located in the right-hand sidebar. You can use this menu to track your page structure or jump directly to specific elements.

Manage careers site settings

Click the Settings tab to manage the foundational setup and technical compliance of your entire careers site.

From this centralized dashboard, you can configure:

  • Favicon and default social image: Control the small icon displayed in browser tabs and the preview thumbnail used when your site links are shared on social media.

  • Legal agreements: Manage the privacy policies, data processing terms, and custom consent checkboxes added to your application forms.

  • Cookies and custom code: Set up cookie consent tracking preferences or inject custom tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics) directly into your pages.

  • Integrations: Connect tracking tools, analytics software, and third-party widgets seamlessly into your candidate-facing platform.

  • Fonts: Manage custom fonts on your pages. Uploaded fonts will be available inside theme typography settings.

  • Languages: Enable multi-language support to translate your careers site for international candidates.

  • Advanced site settings: Set up an exclusive careers page to list internal job openings.

  • Job alerts: Enable an automated opt-in feature that allows candidates to subscribe and receive automated notifications whenever new roles matching their interests open up.
