Your careers site consists of pages you can fully customize, link together, save, and publish. Whether you are creating landing pages to highlight company culture or setting up custom application flows, you can manage all page layouts and even recover older versions using the page history log.
Note: Creating custom additional pages is available on our Advance and Optimize plans.
Understand page structure and essential pages
Every page on your careers site is built using three core components: a top navigation header, customizable content sections, and a footer.
Tip: The navigation header and footer are automatically inherited from your global page theme to keep your branding consistent across all pages.
Essential pages
Your careers site includes two essential pages by default:
Careers homepage: The primary landing page that visitors see when navigating to your main careers site URL.
Offer details: A dynamic page template that determines how individual job postings display to candidates. It includes four set components: Navigation, Job headline, Job details section, and Footer.
Customize the Job details and Success page
1. Go to the CareersHub and open the Offer details template.
2. Hover over the Job headline section and click Edit section to open the sidebar editor and adjust the layout, colors, and section size.
3. Hover over the Job details section and click Edit section to adjust the background styling and size of your job description container.
4. To edit the confirmation screen candidates see after applying, click Edit success page at the bottom of the right sidebar, make your changes, and click Done.
Add new pages
Create custom pages to expand your employer brand beyond simple job listings.
1. Open the CareersHub and navigate to Pages.
2. Click + Add page in the top-right corner of the Pages section.
3. Choose if you want the page to only be used internally. Only people with the link can view this page. It won't show up in search engine results and won’t be part of your sitemap. You can also include internal jobs on this page, which we recommend when you’re recruiting internally within your company.
4. Select a ready-made page as a starting point or use blank page.
5. Add custom content sections to showcase key topics, such as:
Explaining your hiring process
Showcasing your office locations
Highlighting your company values and employee benefits
Link between pages
Connect your custom pages to your homepage or other sections to help candidates navigate your site easily.
Add a hyperlink to text
1. Click Edit section on the content block you want to update to enter edit mode.
2. Double-click the text you want to link and select the link icon from the top formatting bar.
3. Select the target page from the dropdown list.
4. Click Save.
Add a link to a button
1. Click Edit section on the block containing your button.
2. Select the button you want to edit and click the pencil icon.
3. Select your target page destination from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Save.
Save, publish, and restore pages
Control when your changes go live and revert to previous versions at any time.
Save and publish changes
Publish: Click Publish to push your changes live to visitors immediately.
Preview: Click the preview icon in the top navigation bar to compare your latest draft against the currently published page.
Note: All confirmed section changes are saved automatically, but remain unpublished. Similarly, newly created pages are saved as drafts until you manually publish them.
Restore pages from page history
Track changes and restore older layouts whenever needed:
1. Click the Page history icon in the top navigation bar to open your page history.
2. Review the list of previously saved versions.
3. Click Save as backup to save page draft permanently.
4. Click Preview next to any entry to view that specific version.
5. Click Restore this version to restore the selected layout to your editor, where you can edit and publish it.
Note: The page history stores the most recent 40 drafts.
Manage page settings
Click the settings icon (gear symbol) in the navigation bar at the top of any page editor to update general page properties:
Name and URL slug: Change the internal title and web path for the page.
SEO metadata: Customize search engine titles and descriptions.
Social sharing image: Upload the preview thumbnail displayed when the page link is shared on social media.
Languages: View and manage the languages enabled for the page.
