The report builder allows you to create reporting completely customized to what metrics matter to you. Once you've created a custom dashboard, you can add numerous reports from our library to it and customize them to your needs.

Click +Add report in the top-right of your custom dashboard.

The report library will open. On the left you can see different categories to look through or simply search for a report directly with the search bar in the top.

In the top-right you can filter the available reports by visualization- or report type.

Click +Add report for a report you would like to configure to add to your dashboard.

There are four different types of reports you can customize: trend, breakdown, single metric, and pipeline reports.

Trend report

Trend reports highlight changes of your data over time.

Give your report a title and optionally add a description. Adjust the Metric and select a grouping under Group by.

Optionally click the toggle to exclude deleted candidates’ anonymized data from the report added to the dashboard.

In the top, select whether you’d like to have a chart, data table, or summary view.

If you’ve selected the chart view, you can choose between a vertical bar chart and a line chart.

Under Date range you can filter the report by a certain time frame. Pick a Frequency of that time frame.

Under Filter by you can select additional filters.

Click Add report once you’ve finalized your selection to add the report to your custom dashboard.
