Before deleting your user account forever, if you are experiencing issues with your account or with another user, please reach out to our support team.
To delete your user account, please follow these steps:
- Go to your ‘Profile’ settings, Edit profile and click the "delete my account" button.

3. Confirm that you understand all your user data will be removed.
- There is no way to restore a personal account. That means that all of your emails, notes, files, reports data, and evaluations will be lost forever.
- This article describes deleting your personal account. Following the instructions in this article will not delete your company account. For example, all jobs will stay active, the subscription will stay active, and notes made by others will not be removed.
