Connect your pipeline data to reports

Get reports on your Jobs' pipelines

For the data in Reports to be complete, all of the stages in your jobs’ pipelines need to be associated with a stage type. Below are instructions for manually associating your stages with stage types.

Connect a pipeline template to reports

1. Go to Settings > Templates > Pipelines and select a pipeline template.

2. Click the pencil icon next to the stage.

3. Open the dropdown menu under Type and select a stage type.

There are six default types you can choose from: Apply, Phone screen, Interview, Evaluation, Offer, and Hire. It is not possible to edit the preset stage types.

4. Click Save.

The stage's name now has a colored box next to it, indicating that its data has been connected to Reports.

5. Repeat and select a type for each of the stages in the pipeline template that you would like to connect to reports.

Note: Data of the stages that do not have a stage type selected will not be represented in the reports.

Connect a Job's pipeline to Reports

1. Go to a job in the jobs section and click Edit.

2. Go to Workflow.

3. Click the pencil icon next to a stage to connect it to Reports.

4. Open the dropdown menu under Type and select a stage type.

5. Click Save.

6. The stage's name now has a colored box next to it, indicating that its data has been connected to Reports.

7. Repeat and select a type for each of the stages in the default pipeline template that you would like to connect to reports.

Note: Data of the stages that do not have a stage type selected will not be represented in the reports.
