What is Talytic?
Talytic is a predictive hiring platform analysing CV data and performance data to identify who will be top performers. With this integration, recruiters and hiring managers can view instant evaluations, scores, and predictive indicators of role fit directly within the candidate profile in Tellent Recruitee.

Setting up the connection with Talytic
To integrate Talytic and Tellent Recruitee, you need a Company ID and a personal API token. Go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Personal API tokens to find your Company ID. Click + Add token > Personal API tokens in the top-right to generate a personal API token.

What data is sent from Talytic to Tellent Recruitee?
Talytic is retrieving the following from Tellent Recruitee:
Job offer: title, description, location, department, and applicant counts
Candidate: name, email address, CVs, screening-question answers
Talytic is sending the following to Tellent Recruitee:
Candidate: tag, note
