Trouble logging in to Recruitee or can’t remember your password? Reset it following these steps.
1. On the Login page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address you use to log in to Recruitee and click Send recovery link.
3. Go to your mailbox; you should have received an email from us with the subject Password reset request.

Ensure you filled in the email address you use to log into Recruitee. If you are unsure, you can ask an account administrator to double-check under Settings > Company > Team members.
Check your spam folder if the email may have landed there.
If your email address is correct and the email didn’t land in spam, please reach out to us via our chat.
4. Open the email and click Reset password.
5. Fill out a new password, confirm it, and click Change password.
6. You should now be logged in to Recruitee with your new password.
