Configure contract

The following steps will guide you through requesting Hotelprofessionals credentials to configure your contract.

This is the field required to configure your contract in Tellent Recruitee:

  • API KEY

You can obtain your API key(s) by contacting melle@hotelprofessionals.nl. Once you have received your API KEY from the job board, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process.

1. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts > Contracts that you can configure, and click Configure on the Hotelprofessionals.nl listing to open the confirmation form.

2. Click Continue and insert your API-KEY in the Credentials section.

3. Click Add to my contracts to enable the integration.

📌 Note:

  • If your organization has multiple locations and, consequently, multiple API keys, create a new contract group for each location with its respective credential:

Creating a new contract group

a) To create a new Hotelprofessionals contract group, click Configure on the Hotelprofessionals listing again, open the Group modal, scroll to Add New Group, enter a group name, and click Create Group.

b) Once the contract group is created, provide the Hotelprofessionals credential for the corresponding location and click Add to my contracts.

c) Your new contract will appear under its corresponding group name (location).

4. You are now ready to create job campaigns. 🎉

Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Hotelprofessionals.nl via Tellent Recruitee.

⚠️ Important:

  • The company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.

  • Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in.

1. Navigate to the Tellent Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.

  • It is not possible to select different contract groups when promoting a job offer.

  • If you have multiple contract groups, make sure to click Add on the group you wish to link your job offer to:

3. Fill in the fields under Posting Requirements in the Contract details section and click Continue.

💡 Tips:

  • If you click FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

  • You can click "Show optional fields" next to Posting Requirements to provide additional information:

4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

5. Proceed by clicking on Confirm order to publish and promote your job campaign.

Campaign Summary

This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.

1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

2. This view contains the campaign details and summary. Once the status is Online, an "Open" button containing the job posting URL will be displayed to preview the job posting on the job board.

⚠️ Important information: closing a job offer will not automatically remove your job campaign from the job board. It is important to end a campaign before closing your job offer.

Editing a campaign

You can edit your submitted campaign by following the instructions below.

1. Click Edit campaign in the Campaign details view to update your campaign:

2. After editing the fields in the Hotelprofessionals.nl Contract Details form, click Continue to update your campaign information in the Review section:

3. Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the Review section to apply your changes.

📌 Note:

  • Editing is only available for campaigns with an online contract status.

  • Your changes to the campaign will be lost if you leave without saving.

  • To reduce unnecessary job board costs, we wait 5 minutes before applying your changes. If you make another edit within this window, we’ll apply the most recent version.

Removing your job from the legacy XML feed

⚠️ Important:

  • The legacy XML feed integration with Hotelprofessionals will be discontinued on June 1st, 2026. Job offers submitted via the XML feed will no longer be processed by the job board after this date.

  • If you’ve submitted your jobs via the XML feed previously, make sure to withdraw them when creating a campaign so they don’t appear twice on the job board.

You can withdraw your job offer from the XML feed by following these steps:

1. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and click Show all under Post on job boards.

2. Click Withdraw on the HotelProfessionals listing:

3. Your job offer will be automatically removed from the XML feed.

Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Delete contract to proceed.

⚠️ Important: Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
