Access the Cadremploi | France job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the job board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Configure contract
The following steps will guide you through requesting Cadremploi credentials to configure your contract.
1. To configure your Cadremploi contract in Recruitee, you must have an active account and contract with Cadremploi.
These are the fields required to configure your contract in Recruitee:
Hiring Organization Identifier
Hiring Organization Legal Name
Please get in touch with ask@figarocms.fr to request your credentials. Once you have received the credentials from Cadremploi, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process.
2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click Configure on the Cadremploi listing to open the confirmation form.
3. Then, copy and save the unique XML Feed URL in the instructions page (you will need it for the next steps) and click Continue.
💡 Tip: remember to save your XML Feed URL in your notes, so you can reuse it later.
4. Next, provide your Hiring Organization Identifier, Hiring Organization Legal Name and paste the unique XML Feed URL into the Confirmed XML Feed URL field and click Add to my contracts.
5. Copy the XML feed previously saved in your notes and send it to ask@figarocms.fr to request the indexing of your XML feed.
6. Once Cadremploi has confirmed the indexing of your XML feed, you can start creating campaigns in Recruitee. 🎉
Creating a campaign
The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Cadremploi via Recruitee.
⚠️ Important information: the company logo is required to create a new job campaign and convey your branding to the job board.
1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.
2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the + Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign.
3. Fill in the fields under Posting Requirements in the Contract details section and click Continue.
💡 Tips:
If you click FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.
Do not use commas when entering salaries; please enter the whole number such as 40000 instead of 40K or 40,000.
Optional fields are accessible via the Show optional fields button:
Make sure to select an industry in the <Industries> field; you can find the <Industries> field by clicking Show Optional fields next to Posting Requirements:
4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.
5. Proceed by clicking on Confirm order to publish and promote your job campaign.
6. The campaign is now created. 🎉
Campaign Summary
This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.
1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.
2. This view contains the campaign details and summary.
⚠️ Important information: closing a job offer will not automatically remove your job campaign from the feed. It is important to end a campaign before closing your job offer.
Editing a campaign
You can edit your submitted campaign by following the instructions below.
1. Click Edit campaign in the Campaign details view to update your campaign.
2. After editing the fields in the Cadremploi Contract Details form, click Continue to update your campaign information in the Review section.
3. Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the Review section to apply your changes.
📌 Note:
Editing is only available for campaigns with an online contract status.
Your changes to the campaign will be lost if you leave without saving.
To reduce unnecessary job board costs, we wait 5 minutes before applying your changes. If you make another edit within this window, we’ll apply the most recent version.
Removing the contract
Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.
1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.
2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Delete contract to proceed.
⚠️ Important information: deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
