Indeed Sponsored Jobs - Managed by VONQ Contract

Updated over a week ago

Access the Indeed Sponsored Jobs through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the job board in partnership with VONQ (Tellent Recruitee Sub-Processor). It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on Indeed via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important:

Once an order is placed, campaigns cannot be edited.

1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Go to the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Promote using paid channels section. In the Contracts card, click on the Create campaign/Manage campaigns button.

3. If you create a first campaign for the job, select your job board contract by clicking the +Add button and Proceed to final review to start creating the job campaign. If you create an additional campaign, click +Create campaign and select your job board contract here.

4. Fill the fields under Posting Requirements in the Contract details section and click Continue

💡 Tip:

  • If you click FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

  • Optional fields are accessible via the Show optional fields button:

5. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

6. Proceed by clicking on Confirm order to publish and promote your job campaign.

7. The campaign is now created.

⚠️ Important:

After the campaign is created, navigate to your Indeed profile and sponsor the job according to your Indeed arrangement. Once that is completed, the job will appear on Indeed's job board.

Allow 2-3 hours for the job to be validated by Indeed.

Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the campaign before removing it.

2. Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. Check the confirmation box, and then click Remove contract to proceed.

⚠️ Important:

Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.
