Klara is a voice-based recruiting assistant that automatically calls applicants from a landline number, conducts structured interviews, and automatically transfers the results back into Recruitee. Klara automates the first step of candidate screening directly within Recruitee. This eliminates manual phone screenings, saves valuable recruiter time, and ensures a consistent, unbiased evaluation process.

To integrate Klara and Recruitee, you need a Company ID and a personal API token.

1. In Recruitee, go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Personal API tokens to find your Company ID. Click + New token in the top-right to generate a personal API token.

2. In Klara, go to the Company Information section to input your Recruitee Company ID and API token, and click Submit.
