JobTeaser contract

Access the JobTeaser job board through Recruitee's Contracts. This integration lets you launch a job campaign directly from Recruitee on the Job Board. It streamlines your recruitment process, increases job posting visibility, and efficiently brings candidates into your Recruitee pipeline.

Configure Contract

The following steps will guide you through requesting JobTeaser credential to configure your contract and how to create a job campaign.

1. To activate the JobTeaser contract, ensure that you have a company enabled with JobTeaser with a paid plan.

This is the field required to configure your contract in Recruitee:

  • Company ID

Please get in touch with the job board at jtpartner@jobteaser.com to request your company ID. Once you have received your company ID, you are set to initiate the contract configuration process.

2. Log in to your Recruitee account, navigate to Acquisition > Contracts, and click "Configure" on the JobTeaser listing to open the confirmation form.

3. Complete the setup by entering the credentials provided by the job board: Company ID. Then, click the "Add to my contracts" button. You are now ready to post a job.


Creating a campaign

The following steps will guide you through how to create a job campaign on the Job board via Recruitee.

⚠️ Important information: Once an order is placed, campaigns cannot be edited. Modifications on the job posting ordered are not supported.

1. Navigate to the Recruitee Jobs section and open the job vacancy you want to promote.

2. Click the Promote tab on the Job page and scroll down to Contracts. Select your Job board contract by clicking the "+ Add" button and "Proceed to final review" to start creating the job campaign.

3. Please provide the required information for the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Continue.

💡 Tips:

  • By clicking on FILL IN WITH AI, AI will try to fill in the form with previously provided details. It only pre-fills blank fields.

  • You can click "Show optional fields" next to Posting Requirements to provide additional information. The job board recommends to fill in the optional fields "Reference Number" and "Contract Duration". 

4. Before you publish any campaign, please look at the job details for accurate information and click Continue.

⚠️ Important information:

  • Please ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, and the information is accurate; editing the job is only possible before the campaign is submitted.

5. Proceed with the Confirm order contract campaign to publish and promote the job.

6. The campaign is now created.


Campaign summary

This page provides an overview of your campaign, including job details, additional information, and a summary.

1. To check your campaign status, select the campaign card. Learn more about the Campaign status here.

Removing the contract

Contract withdrawal is a method of terminating or deactivating the contract.

1. Make sure there are no active campaigns linked to a contract. If there are active campaigns, a modal will inform the user to end the contract before removing it.

2. A Remove confirmation modal will appear if no active campaigns are associated with the contract. This will enable a more straightforward process to remove the contract with a 2-step process. First, please confirm that you understand you are removing the contract by ticking the "box". Then, click the button "Remove contract."


⚠️ Important Warning: Deleting the contract will not immediately remove your job posting from the job board. It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect.


Guidelines regarding publication issues

Please open a ticket with our support team directly through your Recruitee account if you encounter an error message such as "oops, something went wrong".

If your campaign fails to go live and displays an "offline/expired" status, verify with JobTeaser that the credentials provided during contract setup are correct. If confirmed, please open a ticket with our support team to help identify the root cause and resolve your publication issue.
