Track and control agency recruitment spending through the AgencyHub's budget management tools.

Setting up budgets

1. Annual budget

  1. Go to AgencyHub > Agency Analytics.

  2. Select Budget.

  3. Click Change budget.

  4. Set parameters:

  • Total annual amount

  • Department allocations

  • Recruitment types:

    • Permanent

    • Contract

    • Temporary

2. Department budget

  1. Allocate by:

    • Department

    • Location

    • Role type

  2. Set limits:

    • Monthly caps

    • Per hire limits

    • Agency fee caps
