Reviewing agency candidates

1. Access candidate profiles

  1. Navigate to Jobs

  2. Select the relevant position

  3. Click on candidates marked with tags 'Agency'

2. Review candidate information

  1. Check "Notes" section for:

    • Agency introduction

    • Salary package details

    • Secondary employment conditions

    • Candidate motivation

    • Agency's match explanation

    • Reasons for next steps

  2. Review Documents:

    • Click "Resume" to view CV

    • Check any additional attachments

Communication with Agencies

Direct messaging

  1. From candidate profile, go to to the Agency Chat tab:

    • Click the chat icon

    • Click "Write a message..."

    • Type your message and send using arrow icon

Progress steps

  1. Review candidate details

  2. Click progression button

  3. Select appropriate next stage:

    • Interview

    • Assessment

    • Offer

    • Hire

Status updates

  • Agencies automatically receive updates when candidates move stages

  • Keep agencies informed about:

    • Interview decisions

    • Feedback

    • Next steps

    • Timeline changes

Interview scheduling

  1. Select "Interview" stage

  2. Agency automatically receives notification

  3. Coordinate timing through chat function
