How to schedule interviews with agency candidates?

You can schedule interviews in Recruitee the same way you normally would. The difference is that the agency connected to the candidate will be automatically notified—helping you keep communication smooth and transparent.

Step-by-step

  1. In Recruitee, open the candidate’s profile and click on Schedule.

  2. Fill out the fields that suits best for the situation, click Continue.

  3. Review all the details diligently:

    1. Event details

    2. Invitations

    3. Customize email to candidate

    4. Customize email to interviewers

    5. Reminders

  4. Once content, click on Schedule and invite.

  5. Open the Agency Chat within the candidate profile to confirm the time and date with the agency.
