How to remove agency access to a job

Learn how to remove agency access to a job so it’s no longer visible or open for submissions in their AgencyHub portal.

Follow these steps to remove agency access

  1. Navigate to Jobs and open the job posting

  2. Click Assign Agencies -> +Add

  3. Deselect one or multiple agencies of your choice.

  4. Confirm your selection.

  5. Once confirmed, agencies will no longer see the job in their AgencyHub.

Verification

  • No agencies will have access to the position

  • The job won't appear in any agency portals

  • Agencies can't submit new candidates
