How to publish and distribute jobs to agencies

Without a clear system in place, hiring teams may face challenges like inconsistent job sharing, repeated communication, or uncertainty about which agencies should receive specific roles. These hurdles can result in too many candidates from non-preferred agencies, varying candidate quality, and inefficient use of recruitment budgets.

The AgencyHub streamlines this process by allowing you to:

  • Selectively share jobs with preferred agencies

  • Maintain control over agency access

  • Ensure consistent job information

  • Track which agencies are actively working on your roles

  • Monitor agency performance per job

Share jobs seamlessly from Recruitee

  1. Open the job posting you’d like to share.

  2. Click on Assign Agencies.

  3. Choose the agencies you want to share this job with.

  4. Confirm your selection.

  5. Once confirmed, your selected agencies will immediately see the job in their AgencyHub.

Pro tip

Create agency lists (like "Tech Agencies" or "Senior Roles") to share with groups quickly.

  1. Click View: Agency job to preview how agencies see your posting

  2. Select the pencil icon to edit the information that agencies can view

Configure job stages

  1. Select Agency Job Stages

  2. Click Configure

  3. Review and confirm changes

  4. Click Save Changes

  5. Use <Back to return
