Candidate submissions after accepting the invitation

Learn how to enable candidate submissions from agencies right after they accept your invite.

Once an agency accepts the invitation and completes its registration, it can begin submitting candidates for the open positions to which you have connected it.

Here’s how to set this up

1. Share jobs with the agency

  1. Go to your Jobs section

  2. Select the relevant job

  3. Click Add External Agency

  4. Check the box next to the agency’s name

  5. Click Confirm my selection

2. Verify job visibility

  1. Click View: Agency job to see how the job appears to agencies

  2. Ensure all necessary information is visible

  3. Use Edit if you need to modify any details

3. Set up job stages

  1. Click Agency Job Stages

  2. Configure the recruitment process steps

  3. Click Save to confirm settings
