Go to AgencyHub.
In the navigation panel, click on Agency Management.
How to invite an agency
1. Click Add Agencies
2. Enter the required agency details:
Email address
Full name of agency or point of contact
Select an appropriate contract
Choose a currency for transactions
3. Click Show fields to reveal additional options
How to configure a contract
1. Select the preferred contract form you wish to edit
2. Fill in required fields:
Fee structure (Percentage, Fixed, or Custom)
Fee details
Payment terms
Replacement period
Guarantee period
Exclusivity terms
Setting transaction fee options
Configure the transaction fee arrangement:
Option 1: Your company pays the transaction fee
Option 2: The agency pays the transaction fee
Option 3: Split fee arrangement (you specify the percentage split)
Adjust the percentage slider as needed.
Add any additional comments in the “Other information” section
Finalizing Agency Setup
Click “Add to list” to save the agency information
Review the agency status (will show as “Not invited”)
